POSTAGE & DELIVERY

All items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Orders over £5 are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for.

Please allow for a longer delivery time during the holiday periods.  I do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside of my control

Personalised hand made items will take up to 10 working days to be completed and shipped.

RETURNS POLICY 

I very much hope you will be pleased with your purchases from Handmade By Maria PR. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods unused and in the original packaging (excluding personalised items - please see further info below) within 14 days of purchase and I will offer a refund. This only includes a refund for the item and not postage. Please note you will be responsible for paying the return postage unless the items are faulty. 

Refunds will only be issued when items have been returned and received.

Personalised items are non returnable unless faulty. If a product is faulty I will pay for the return postage. Please ensure you get proof of postage as I can not be held responsible for lost items. I must be notified of faulty items within 7 days of the items being sent to you.

Please ensure you check all details when providing information for personalised items. Refunds will not be issued if a mistake is made by the customer.
